Change of Mind: Return the item (full or partial) within 30 days of receiving the delivery—no questions asked.

12-Months Warranty for 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery

All Riva jewellery silver pieces have a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects but do not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. For the warranty to be valid, proof of purchase is required. Warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

✅ 180-Day Warranty for 316 Stainless Steel Jewellery

Within 180 days, we provide repair or exchange or refunds for issues such as fading, loose inserts, or breakage.

Please note: Jewellery items priced under $20 do not qualify for our 180-day warranty. These are considered cosmetic items. However, our 30-day warranty still applies. Beyond this period, no additional coverage is available.

✨ Will Gold-Plated Jewellery Tarnish After 180 Days?

Not likely. High-quality gold-plating can last well over two years with proper care. Our 316 Stainless Steel collection is highly durable and designed for daily wear, even in the sun, sea, or shower.

However, for Sterling Silver jewellery, we recommend following our care instructions to maintain its beauty and longevity.

To enhance durability, avoid excessive friction and physical impact. Like all fine jewellery, gentle handling will help your pieces last much longer.

Our commitment is not just to sell beautiful jewellery—but to make you happy with every purchase.

If your item is defective, simply email or WhatsApp us a photo of the issue, and we’ll process a refund under our warranty coverage.

For change of mind returns, any shipping costs charged on the original order will not be refunded to the buyer. Please return the articles unworn, and in the original jewellery box.

The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the buyer’s expense unless faulty. If an item is received damaged upon receipt or deemed to be faulty, we will replace the faulty product and pay for the return freight.

You may use any affordable return shipping method. We recommend Australia Post for peace of mind.

Once we receive your tracking number, we’ll issue your refund or exchange —often before the returned item even reaches us.
