Sterling Silver

Many suppliers use UNSAFE out-of-furnace coating method of gold plating, which involves nickel to adhere gold to stainless steel.

Our 316 jewellery collection is coated with gold using the SAFE method, involving titanium (not nickel). This method is more expensive, but safe and makes jewelry more durable.

Moissanite is a unique gemstone with its own chemical, physical and optical properties. While it is often compared to a diamond, moissanite has distinct characteristics that make it very different. Moissanite has more fire and brilliance than a diamond at a fraction of the cost. The quality and value of moissanite is often perceived better than that of mined diamonds. Moissanite has more fire than any other gemstone - including diamond, ruby, sapphire, and emerald!

Using a dry soft lint free cloth, periodically wipe clean your silver items, this will keep your jewellery looking shiny. Ideally, store your jewellery in a dark, cool and dry place within an air tight box or bag to help reduce scratching and tangling.

Certainly. If the order is not dispatched, you can amend your order. If it's already dispatched, then you are able to return orders in an unused condition within 30 days of purchase.

All online orders will be dispatched within two days of receiving the order. For any urgent order, please check with us first before ordering.

Shipping timeframes vary between 2-5 days depending on your location. However, delivery to regional areas can take longer than this. Shipping to WA, NT and Tasmania can take up to 10 days.

1) If the return is due to a faulty product, then please take a picture or video of the issue and send it to our customer care number. If the return is due to incorrect size/style or change of mind, then please send us an email or message providing your order number.

2) Pack your goods in the original box or a suitable alternative.

3) Attach the return address to the parcel.

4) Within 5-7 business days of receiving your parcel, we will process your return and will send you a confirmation email.
